Troqueles de trefilado de carburo de tungsteno

Las matrices de trefilado de diamante JCB se dividen en cinco series principales para que los usuarios elijan: matrices de trefilado ND, matrices de trefilado MCD, matrices de trefilado PCD, matrices de trefilado CVD, matrices de trefilado TC y matrices de trefilado CVD Nano.

Las matrices de trefilado de diamante JCB presentan una fuerte resistencia al desgaste y una vida útil excepcionalmente larga. Se utilizan ampliamente para trefilar cables de alta precisión para dispositivos electrónicos, radares, televisiones, instrumentos, aeroespaciales y otras aplicaciones, así como cables comunes como alambre de tungsteno, alambre de molibdeno, alambre de acero inoxidable, alambre para cables eléctricos y diversos alambres de aleaciones.

Los materiales de troqueles de trefilado de diamante de nuestra empresa se dividen en tres series principales para que los usuarios puedan elegir: troqueles de trefilado ND, troqueles de trefilado MCD, troqueles de trefilado PCD, troqueles de trefilado CVD, troqueles de trefilado TC y troqueles de trefilado CVD Nano. ND wire drawing dies

Natural diamond wire drawing dies provide ultra-high hardness, excellent wear resistance, precise die holes, superior surface finish, low friction, and long service life, ensuring stable drawing performance and consistent wire quality in high-precision applications.

Used for fine and ultra-fine wire drawing of copper, gold, silver, tungsten, and molybdenum in precision industries.

MCD wire drawing dies

High finish, high hardness, good wear resistance, high precision, can ensure the surface finish and accuracy of the wire in the long drawing process.

Suitable for drawing all kinds of soft and hard wires with a straight diameter of 0.0015-1.5mm.

PCD Wire Drawing Dies

Isotropic, processing does not have to consider its orientation, and has better toughness, high hardness, good wear resistance, high precision, high finish, in the long drawing process can ensure the surface finish and accuracy of the wire.

Suitable for drawing all kinds of soft and hard wire with diameter 0.05-30mm.

 

CVD Wire Drawing Dies

Polycrystalline pure diamond with high hardness and wear resistance combines the benefits of polycrystalline and single-crystal diamond dies, offering die hole accuracy, brightness, and stability close to natural diamond, along with high finish, high temperature resistance, and sustained wire surface quality and precision during long drawing processes.

Suitable for drawing all kinds of soft and hard wire with diameter of 0.05-1.0mm, especially suitable for high temperature drawing.

 

TC wire drawing dies

TC wire drawing dies offer high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and strong impact toughness. They maintain die shape under heavy loads, provide good dimensional stability, and are cost-effective for medium-precision and high-volume wire drawing operations.

Used for drawing steel, copper, aluminum, and alloy wires in general industrial and engineering applications.

 

CVD Nano wire drawing dies

CVD Nano wire drawing dies combine high surface hardness, excellent wear resistance, and strong coating adhesion with a tough substrate, providing stable hole geometry, smooth wire surface, reduced friction, and extended service life at a lower cost than natural diamond dies.

Used for drawing steel, copper, aluminum, and alloy wires in medium to high-volume industrial wire production.
